CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHIPPING
It's extremely important to me to provide excellent customer service & communication for all of my customers. I place a high priority on getting packages mailed expeditiously. Items are shipped M-F 24 - 48 hours after payment is received (excluding postal holidays). DOMESTIC purchases are shipped via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Please be aware that shipping & handling costs are not only for the postage fees charged by USPS for mailing but also cover the expense of jewelry boxes, packing supplies, labor & service required to prepare orders for safe shipment & final delivery.
DOMESTIC purchases over $100 ship FREE! Individual items that are priced over $100 already have free shipping marked. However, if you purchase over $100 of product at one time (multiple items), I will refund your shipping charges.
UPGRADED SHIPPING is available upon request for an additional charge (Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx etc.). If you need a shipping upgrade, please be sure to contact me BEFORE making the purchase so we can make the necessary arrangements in advance.

Yes ~ I ship international! If you live outside the USA & are interested in purchasing something you see in my store (or a custom order) please feel free to contact me and I'll quote you the shipping charge and assist you in purchasing the item/s.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duty that may be imposed in their respective countries.
There are a few countries that I can't ship to due to restrictions on jewelry imports and / or customs issues.
All items that are shipped to Minnesota addresses are charged sales tax. This tax is applied to the total purchase (product & shipping combined).
Production time will vary depending on the size & design of the piece. Hand stitched right angle weave hand tooled leather pieces will require a longer production period due to their time consuming nature. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement with the remaining balance due upon completion. For hygienic reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earring purchases as these items cannot be resold. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is for sanitary reasons to protect the health concerns of all my customers. It's very important to me that all of my customers can buy with confidence knowing that the earrings they purchase are brand new, have never been purchased previously, tried on or worn by anyone else.
Therefore, PLEASE BE DILIGENT to select the correct earring size before purchasing as I cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings. Sizes are clearly stated in all my item descriptions. If you're unsure or need assistance in choosing the correct disc size for you, please contact me BEFORE purchasing so I can assist you. ALL OTHER ITEMS (OTHER THAN EARRINGS):
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the items and advise. AFTER 3 DAYS all sales are FINAL. Returns are accepted as long as you contact me within 3 days & the products are returned (post dated) within 7 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging (ie. jewelry boxes, organza pouches) with any applicable 3Fine Design® tag (or cards) still attached to the items. Refunds will be given in the form of money back. Any original shipping and return shipping charges are at the buyer's expense. ALL RETURNS (domestic) must come back to me with delivery confirmation & the DC number must be sent to me via email when the package is in the mail.
All commission sales are final.
SPECIALTY ITEMS: There is a NO RETURN POLICY on certain items that are higher end formal pieces used for special occasions. Unfortunately, some sellers are having problems with a few buyers who want to purchase these items to wear for a special occasion with the intent of trying to return them once they've been worn to the event. Therefore, it's necessary for me to place a NO RETURN POLICY on some specialty pieces. There will be a statement in the listing description of all the items for which the NO RETURN POLICY applies.
