(4) MONEY ORDERS : Postal money orders only please. MO's must be received within 10 business days or the item will be re-listed in my store. In addition, please note that all money order purchases will be delayed for a couple weeks or until the MO has cleared the bank. I will ship out the order immediately upon clearance. Delivery confirmation is provided for most (not all) domestic shipments. Insurance is available upon request.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHIPPING

It's extremely important to me to provide excellent customer service & communication for all of my customers. I place a high priority on getting packages mailed expeditiously. Items are shipped by the next business day (M-F) after payment has been received (excluding postal holidays). DOMESTIC purchases are shipped via First Class Mail. INTERNATIONAL purchases under $100 are shipped via First Class Mail & purchases over $100 are shipped via Priority Mail International.
DOMESTIC purchases over $100 ship FREE! Individual items that are priced over $100 already have free shipping marked. However, if you purchase over $100 of product at one time (multiple items), I will refund your shipping charges.
UPGRADED SHIPPING is available upon request for an additional charge (Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx etc.).
In addition, customer privacy is always respected & personal information will not be used in any way other than for transaction & shipping purposes. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
SALES TAX

All items that are shipped to Minnesota addresses are charged 7.4% sales tax. This tax is applied to the total (product & shipping combined) in accordance with MN state law, local city (Minneapolis) & county taxes (Hennepin).
COMMISSIONS

Production time will vary depending on the size & design of the piece. Hand stitched right angle weave hand tooled leather pieces will require a longer production period due to their time consuming nature. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement with the remaining balance due upon completion. RETURN POLICY

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have before purchasing. I'm more than happy to answer them for you. Your satisfaction is very important to me.
If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item/s & advise. After 3 days, all sales are FINAL. Returns are accepted as long as the items are returned (post dated) within 7 days of receipt of the item/s, in their original condition & packaging (ie., jewelry boxes, organza pouches), with any applicable 3Fine Design®, 3Fine Canine® or 3Fine Feline® tag (or earring card) still attached to the item/s. Refunds will be given in the form of money back. Any original shipping & return shipping charges are at the buyer's expense.
COMMISSIONS: All commission sales are final (no returns).
SPECIALTY ITEMS: There is a NO RETURN POLICY on certain items that are higher end formal pieces used for special occasions. Unfortunately, some sellers are having problems with a few buyers who want to purchase these items to wear for a special occasion with the intent of trying to return them once they've been worn to the event. Therefore, it's necessary for me to place a NO RETURN POLICY on some specialty pieces. There will be a statement in the listing description of all the items for which the NO RETURN POLICY applies.
