Absolutely. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have regarding custom work. Production time will vary depending on the piece. Hand stitched & hand tooled pieces will require a longer production period due to their time consuming nature. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement with the remaining balance due upon completion. Please be aware that all commisions sales are final (no returns).

Yes. I offer a combined discount for multiple item purchases that are shipped together in one package. However, please contact me BEFORE purchasing the items so that I can properly adjust the discount prior to remitting payment. I will send you an adjusted invoice that reflects the discount from which you can remit payment in full for the items you want to purchase.

Yes. Insurance is optional & protects your package in case of loss, theft or damage in transit. In an effort to keep shipping costs down & the checkout process simpler for those who prefer not to purchase insurance, I don't automatically include it in my shipping rates. If you would like to insure your purchase, please contact me before remitting payment so I can send you an updated invoice with the additional cost for postal insurance. Insurance is available for domestic (USA) shipments ONLY. For a current USPS insurance rate chart, please click the 'terms' link on the bottom right side of this page.

I place a high priority on getting packages out to my customers expeditiously. Items are shipped by the next business day (M-F / excluding postal holidays) after payment has been received. DOMESTIC packages are shipped First Class mail with delivery confirmation & INTERNATIONAL by First Class mail. I will contact you once your package has been shipped.

Purchased items are beautifully packaged in a jewelry gift box ready for your own personal use or gift giving. The items are then securely enclosed in a bubble padded envelope for shipping.

Yes. I'm more than happy to ship international. Feel free to contact me for a shipping rate if you see something in my store that you're interested in. Please be aware that there are restrictions on shipping jewelry to certain countries. Therefore, I will not be able to ship to those particular countries due to customs restrictions. International buyers are responsible for any VAT or customs duty charges in their respective countries. Credit card transactions are done via Paypal (all major credit cards accepted). The only restriction is that the credit card that's used MUST be registered in a Paypal approved country. You don't need to have a Paypal account to order from me. I can send you an invoice via email through which you can remit a secure payment.
